Nishigandha is a psychologist & transformational coach with over a decade of experience in mental health, specializing in anxiety, adult ADHD, relationship issues, and mood disorders. She uses a multimodal approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, and mindfulness, tailored to individual needs.

She has collaborated with corporations, NGOs, government organizations, and educational institutions to promote mental health and wellness. As a corporate mental health specialist, she designs customized programs on stress management, emotional intelligence, attrition curbing and building inclusive workplace cultures, equipping leaders and teams with tools for better communication, empathy, and productivity.

A passionate advocate for maternal mental health, Nishigandha draws from her own experiences as a mother to support new moms in overcoming postpartum challenges and reintegrating into the workforce with confidence.

She is also the founder of The Inner Sunshine Project, a transformative 12-week program designed to help individuals cultivate lasting joy, resilience, and balance in their personal and professional lives.
